Who we are
The True Troop Consulting Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 16209809, registered office 148 Mansell Road, Patchway, Bristol, BS34 5QX) runs the Pathfinder masterclass and is the controller of the personal data you give us on this page. Contact: support@thetruetroop.com.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country.
- Where you are in your planning career and whether you have P6 installed.
- Which consent boxes you ticked, and the website or campaign that sent you here.
- Whether you attended, watched the replay, and your Pathfinder Test result, if you take it.
Why we use it
- To send your joining link, reminders and the replay for this masterclass. We rely on your request to attend (the first tick box) and our legitimate interest in running the class well.
- To tell you about the Vanguard cohort and future courses, only if you ticked the second box. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who handles it for us
Netlify hosts this page and stores form submissions. GoHighLevel sends our emails and holds our contact records. Zoom runs the live class. Google Forms runs the Pathfinder Test. Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for 12 months after the masterclass, or until you ask us to delete them. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we keep a record of that so we do not contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@thetruetroop.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
